We met while pursuing our careers in the medical field as EMTs. We bonded over cheesy game shows and our acquired sense of humor. While we had lived very different lives before meeting, we found our person. After some convincing, we decided to take a big step from more than co-workers. Our first date started with walking the boardwalk in Ocean City, NJ then having dinner at Carmines, still one of our favorite chicken parmesans. Afterwards, we went to grab a coffee and talked until all hours of the night. The hours flew by with the conversation without either of us realizing how late it was. All of the nerves at the beginning of the date melted away, which left just two best friends talking about everything they could to draw out the night. The rest was history. Since then, we have bonded over traveling and creating memories that will last a life-time. We live in NYC with our 3 pets and always encouraging each other to achieve anything and everything they're capable of. We are counting down the days to the best weekend of our lives.
